Carpenters: Direct
.We are currently looking to build our in teams working on a DIRECT basis.
Areas Ultraspec Carpentry Group cover.
From our office in Birmingham:
Oxfordshire, The Midlands, Nottingham and the East Midlands and West Midlands
From the our office in Bradford: Yorkshire and the Humber, New Castle and Tyneside, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
and
From our office in London:
We will be covering London and the South East and South West.
>(London Central, down to Portsmouth, and Kent area)
>Brighton to Hove

> The Dorset coast.
so a wide range.
As the website says, we do, Shopfitting and Commercial, Residential (New Build, Timber Framing, and social Housing), and more bespoke jobs for customers, plus fire door contracts for University's offices ETC.

To be successful, we need copies of :

Your CSCS cards (BLUE OR GOLD)

We are always open for our down under counter parts to join us, come say hi!
However, your quals will be different, but you should know these, we need to see and have UK conversions of:
-
LBP (Licensed Building Practitioner)
-
NZQA 4 in Building and construction (BCTIO apprenticeship or equiverlent)
-
AQF (AUS) level 4 or certificate level 5 in building and construction.
If migrating or coming over on a working vacation, we need a valid VISA GRANTED by UK immigration, and upon sucessful application subject to stable workload, we will issue a contract.
currently we have 6 months in the midlands, but as we grow further, we will be able to issue longer term to permanent contracts. (we are in the early stages.. as a business so one to watch).
For our Kiwi or Aussie Carpenters already in the UK, feel free to send your details or fill in the EOI. UK CERTS will be fine!.
Carpentry Subcontractors: Oxford and Midlands Regions

Ultraspec Carpentry Group are currently looking to build teams and gangs of up to 10 carpenters with Leads/Forman to cover the Oxfordshire and the Midlands regions either on a subcontractor or direct basis.
We are taking on,
Timber Framing and New Build Projects:
WE NEED CARPENTRY GANGS AND FORMAN, URGENT for our current MIDLANDS projects!
We currently have contracts in Oxford, for Croudace Homes (using Walker Timber Engineering timber frame Kits), pay is £28 per meter squared... so GOOD COIN!
we also have works in Birmingham and Canarvon.
So 6 months in Didcote, and same again or longer on the other projects!
You will need to have SOLID
experience in these areas, and New Build / framing works will be on price so need to be quick, experienced and all tickets and CSCS cards need to be in date due to NHBC rules.
full tools needed along with being able to drive.. is essential.
Social Housing and Property Maintenance contracts:
We are approved contractors for MEARS, Social Housing (CURRENTLY FOR BIRMINGHAM ONLY, but we have a PQQ update so we cover Yorkshire, Midlands, and London and the South, so watch this space.
Commercial Contracts (Shopfitting and University renovations etc)
Fire Door Installers and remedial's Contracts:
We are always looking for teams of installers to be part of our network, of approved installers.
You need to be BM TRADA registered and to provide ALL certificates, so we can show it to the clients.
so, If you are keen on traveling around the Midlands or down south, are qualified and EXPERIENCED, please feel free to fill out our EOI form and we will add you to our systems.
